Jawatan Kosong Beauty & Wellness Consultant in Subang Jaya

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their beauty and wellness needs.
• Recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments and wellness services based on client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, including skin care treatments, aesthetic procedures, and wellness programs.
• Assist with booking appointments, client follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to treatment.
• Support marketing initiatives by creating content, engaging with social media, and assisting in promotional campaigns.
• Ensure the treatment areas are well-maintained and adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering aftercare advice and follow-up support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty consulting, wellness, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
