About the Company

Our client is an established and fast-growing MNC packaging company. They are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator / Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales, production, warehouse and logistics teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales order process, including customer orders, quotations, pricing, product specifications, documentation, fulfilment and delivery.
• Coordinate closely with customers, Sales, Production Planning, Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered according to requirements.
• Monitor production, inventory and delivery schedules, follow up on outstanding orders, and provide timely updates to customers and the sales team.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales orders, quotations, delivery orders, invoices, customer records, pricing information and sales reports.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve order, delivery, quality and documentation issues while supporting customer satisfaction, payment follow-ups and continuous improvement of sales coordination processes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• 1 -3 years and above experience in sales coordination, sales administration, order management or customer service coordination. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
