Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant in Bukit Mertajam

Location: Penang

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process job orders, delivery orders (DO), invoices, and quotations
• Coordinate with drivers, operators, and operations team on daily job schedules
• Handle permit applications (JKR, JPJ, Police escort) for abnormal/oversized cargo
• Arrange and follow up on escort bookings and transport clearances
• Track movement of trailers and cargo status, and update internal records
• Liaise with clients for job confirmations, updates, and documentation
• Maintain proper filing system (hardcopy & softcopy) for all job-related documents
• Assist in billing and reporting .
• Support operations team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in administration is an advantage.
