DOKTOR RESIDEN/RESIDENT DOCTOR

GAJI: RM 7,000 - RM 10,000

LOKASI: KLINIK DADDY (KUALA LUMPUR & SELANGOR)

JOB SCOPE:
✔ Memberikan konsultasi, diagnosis dan rawatan kepada pesakit
✔ Menjalankan pemeriksaan kesihatan serta prosedur klinikal seperti ultrasound, perancangan keluarga dan lain-lain
✔ Mengendalikan kes rawatan susulan serta membuat rujukan kepada pakar jika perlu
✔ Memberikan rawatan kecemasan apabila diperlukan
✔ Memberikan kaunseling dan nasihat kesihatan kepada pesakit
✔ Mengambil langkah proaktif terhadap isu kesihatan awam termasuk penyakit berjangkit
✔ Terlibat dalam aktiviti promosi dan pendidikan kesihatan di peringkat klinik
✔ Memastikan semua pembantu klinik menjalankan tugasan mengikut SOP yang ditetapkan
✔ Membuat laporan kepada pihak pengurusan sekiranya terdapat isu berkaitan operasi atau staf
✔ Terlibat dalam proses temuduga bersama pihak HR bagi pemilihan staf klinik
✔ Menjalankan penilaian terhadap staf bagi memastikan kualiti perkhidmatan

KELAYAKAN:
✔ Berdaftar dengan Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
✔ Memiliki Annual Practising Certificate (APC) yang sah
✔ Ijazah Kedoktoran yang diiktiraf
✔ Mengamalkan rawatan berdasarkan Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG)
✔ Profesional, bertanggungjawab dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.
