Jawatan Kosong Customer Relations Contract in Kepala Batas

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Handle client enquiries and requests via calls, WhatsApp, and email on a daily basis.
• Manage and maintain customer database efficiently.
• Communicate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for ongoing campaigns and events.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malay & English
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality
• Comfortable handling client interactions via phone calls
• Proficient in using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a related field (e.g. Marketing & Communications, Hospitality)
• Basic knowledge of animal healthcare is an added advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles (e.g. telephonist, cold calling, receptionist) is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for customer care and a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply
