Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning:
• Develop weekly/monthly content calendars for Facebook and TikTok.
• Research current social media trends to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Content Creation:
• Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) that are creative, trendy, and optimized for platform algorithms.
• Capture and edit photos or graphics for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Write catchy and brand-aligned captions.
• Social Media Management:
• Schedule and post content at optimal times.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization:
• Monitor and analyze content performance (views, likes, shares, engagement rate).
