Jawatan Kosong Site Clerk/Project Admin in Raub

- Responsible for Drawing control, Project documentation of incoming and outgoing data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date, and taking care of document changes.

- Makes sure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents are given to appropriate staff, and subcontractors as applicable.

- To provide general administration and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

- Compile, filing, binding and/or scan all incoming and outgoing documents, reports and drawings from relevant parties related to project.

- To assist Project Manager in coordinating site activities & project meeting arrangement when necessary

- To assist in monitoring staffs & workers attendance on daily basis.

- To prepare staffs & workers monthly attendance to HQ and to perform data entry.

- Obtain, organize & maintain documents according to established procedures.

- To handle, follow-up and record the delivery orders, materials requisition form (MRF), leave form and any correspondence documents

- Assist with subcontractors/supervisor in their technical queries.

- Perform other ad-hoc assignment/task assigned by company from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 91 weeks

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
