About the Roles

We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to join a cybersecurity organization, based in Damansara Utama / Eco City. This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm schedule, offering a competitive salary of up to RM4,000, along with flexible benefits and performance-based bonuses. This role provides a great opportunity to gain exposure in a dynamic industry while maintaining a stable work routine.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee sales pipeline activities and track order fulfillment by liaising with sales teams and clients
• Respond to customer enquiries related to delivery timelines and order updates
• Maintain and update monthly sales backlog and revenue tracking files
• Collaborate with the Professional Services team to monitor project progress on a monthly basis
• Reach out to clients for annual maintenance service contract renewals
• Generate and present sales reports and data analysis for internal stakeholders, including Management, Sales, and Finance
• Provide ad hoc operational support to the China Sales Operations team
• Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with collections
• Ensure accurate recording of invoices and recurring maintenance income in the Accpac system to support month-end closing
• Supervise and guide a Sales Operations Assistant
• Handle additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, administrative support, or customer service
• Strong numerical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
