Daily Workflows :
1. Process and record payment accurately.
2. Generate invoices for corporate accounts, Letters of Undertaking (LOU) and Letters of Offer (LO).
3. Process monthly billings for Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and MBB Online.
4. Reconcile and post City Ledger entries from the IDB system into QuickBooks.
5. Monitor and trace bank statement inflows and outflows and update the Accounts Receivable (AR) records accordingly.
6. Coordinate payment follow-ups for guest accounts in collaboration with the Sales Department.
7. Manage Account Payable (AP) schedules in accordance with suppliers' credit terms.
8. Prepare and submit bi-weekly petty cash forecasts to the Finance Manager.
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
