Jawatan Kosong Account Admin/Executive in Bintulu

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Account Admin / Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and willing to take initiative to support company operations — even available to respond to urgent matters when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general office administration, documentation, and filing.
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports as required.
• Support purchasing, inventory tracking, and office supplies management.
• Assist management with scheduling, meeting coordination, and task follow-up.
• Maintain good communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support company operations, HR, and finance teams as needed.
• Perform other administrative or executive-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or executive roles (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and some knowledge on accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to respond to urgent messages during off-hours when necessary.
• Must have own transport and be able to travel to the office regularly.
