Jawatan Kosong HR & Admin Officer / Executive in Johor Bahru

Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Officer / Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s human resource and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll support, and daily office administration to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Assist in job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Records & Documentation – Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, leave records, contracts, and HR-related documentation accurately.
  • Payroll & HR Support – Support payroll preparation, staff claims, statutory matters, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Office Administration – Handle office supplies, filing, correspondence, company assets, and general administrative support for daily operations.
  • Coordination & Compliance – Liaise with employees and relevant departments to ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience using Worksy System or similar HRMS/payroll system is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Word)
  • Minimum 2 year of HR/Admin experience – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadliness
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
