Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts Job Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to Korean-speaking customers.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally through appropriate communication channels.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Native Korean speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous approach.
• Good computer navigation skills and proficiency in using PC applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
