Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM3,000/month
• Language Allowance: RM300/month (for Mandarin support)
• Sales Incentive: Up to RM3,000 – RM5,000/month

What You'll Do

• Contact business customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable telecommunications and digital solutions.
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the Enterprise Sales team.
• Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve business goals.
• Attend training sessions to strengthen your sales and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 2–5 years' experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Corporate Sales, Telesales, or Account Management.
• Experience in Telecommunications, ICT, Cloud, or Cybersecurity is an advantage.
