Position Objectives:

This is a full-time position based in Labuan, Malaysia. The role involves researching and updating product information, preparing reports and comparison materials, supporting the sales team, and assisting with Malaysian property research and business partner development.

Key Responsibilities

A. Program Research and Solution Development

• Build and update a comprehensive database of Portico & Bridge’s immigration, residency, citizenship and investment programs, including eligibility requirements, processes, applicable fees and key restrictions.
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, eligibility criteria and fees; cross-check information against official sources and approved providers; and issue internal update bulletins.
• Develop program comparison tables, fee schedules, cost structures and briefing materials for management and the sales team.
• Prepare solution comparisons tailored to individual client profiles and support sales personnel in handling complex cases; refer legal or tax matters to appropriately qualified professionals.
• Research and evaluate new programs and their commercial suitability; clearly document sources, assumptions, risks and approval status.

B. Provider Management and Investment Portfolio

• Maintain data on company-approved lawyers, agents, developers and service providers, including contact details and terms of cooperation.
• Source and conduct preliminary screening of real estate projects in Malaysia; prioritize Kuala Lumpur and Johor; include Penang only when management decides to proceed.
• Assess suitability for foreign buyers and target client segments, projected costs/returns, project and developer information, purchase and sale restrictions, and material risks; prepare investment summaries and comparison tables.
• Manage the project portfolio, inventory availability, selling prices and commissions; provide approved information to sales offices and international partners.
• Coordinate information verification with developers and relevant departments; present products only after official confirmation.

C. Support for ASEAN Partner Development and Commercial Activities

• Identify and evaluate B2B distribution partners such as MM2H agents, immigration consultancy firms, law/accounting firms, wealth management providers, family offices and developers.
• Prepare product introduction content for partners; support the Sales Support & Revenue Operations staff member with materials and networking meetings.
• Provide subject-matter support for Malaysian immigration/investment inquiries arising organically; direct retail sales are not to be regarded as a primary responsibility.
• Assist in scheduling outreach, introductions and follow-up with ASEAN partners such as MM2H agents, immigration firms, wealth advisers and real estate businesses.

Mandatory Requirements

• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in research, analytical writing, product assessment, investment advisory support or related fields. A background in investment migration, finance, consulting or international mobility is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand program requirements and ensure information is accurate and reliable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to research and evaluate investment opportunities, including preliminary due diligence on property projects and developers, commission structures and potential commercial risks.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian real estate and international immigration programmes is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with international sales teams, service providers and business partners while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, initiative and the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
