Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data centre projects to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and oversee project execution from initiation to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure engineering solutions are implemented according to project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support contract administration, change management, and project documentation.
• Drive effective communication across project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Good understanding of structural, architectural, MEP, and construction project management.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, quality, and project risks.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centre projects is highly preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
