About the Company:

Our client is aboutique law firm in Kuala Lumpur,operating within the legal services industry. The firm primarily provides legal advisory and documentation services for property and corporate matters.

Job Scope:

• Manage accounting records for both Office and Client Accounts (including AP, AR and General Accounts);
• Prepare and analyse reports as required by the Partners;
• Liaise with auditors for yearly Client Account audit;
• Handle multiple tasks and deliver timely outcomes;
• Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience;
• Experience handling full set of accounts;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and e-invoicing procedures;
• Good working attitude – disciplined, independent and reliable;
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken);
• Open to Chinese or Malay candidates.
