• To process any Purchase/Service Requisition Form (Materials) received from site admin
• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from approved vendors
• To conduct a comparative analysis on suppliers prices
• Follow up and ensure all invoices delivery order collected from site admin
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned
