Jawatan Kosong QAQC Inventory Control in Johor Bahru

210, Jalan Ekoperniagaan 6, Taman Ekoperniagaan 2, Senai Airport City, 81400 Johor Bahru.

We are a food manufacturing plant that produce Ready-To-Eat food, paste, sauce, tea mix and instant noodles. We are looking for a perfect candidate to join our team.

The responsibilities of this role:

1) Perform quality control inspections on incoming materials and outgoing finished products.

2) Conduct regular physical stock counts of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

3) Implement and maintain stock tracking systems to monitor stock levels, locations, and expiration dates.

4) Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to ensure timely rotation of stock and prevent product spoilage.

5) Implement and maintain procedures for handling damaged or defective products from suppliers and the production area.

6) Identify opportunities for process improvement within the inventory management function.

7) Involved in supplier management - collecting supplier quality documents, registering supplier into approved supplier list, conduct supplier evaluation.

Requirements

1) Fresh grads- Diploma in related fields (Logistics/ Inventory management/ Food management) /SPM with relevant work experience (Warehouse management/ Food Manufacturing)/ Without relevant experience (training provided)

2) Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Halal is an added benefit.

3) Proficiency in Microsoft software. (Excel, Words)

4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5) Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6) Attention to detail and accuracy.

7) No health condition. (must be physically healthy)

8) Can lift weight up to 20kg

9) Preferably men

10) Can work overtime when needed

11) Willing to learn new things

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Schedule:
