Jawatan Kosong 业务 Sales Executive Labuan in Labuan

岗位职责：

1. 货源管理：

- 负责门店订单及货源的跟踪

- 负责处理换货

2. 终端管理：

- 门店相关装修事宜处理，确保门店按时开业

-协助终端物料铺设

- 终端市场维护，确保不触犯公司规则

3.客户管理：

-协助处理售后机

-确保公司政策第一时间准确传达给客户与推销售政策

-维护与客户的客情关系（如：及时妥善客户投诉和意见，快速回复处理客户需求）

4. 销售管理：

-收集竞品信息

-负责向主管汇出数据，销售报告

-定期跟踪门店销售情况

岗位要求：

学历至少Diploma以上

至少2年销售经验的SPM毕业生

良好的沟通和谈判能力

热爱手机科技，熟悉市场需求

能够说，写和读流利的华语，马来语和英语

熟悉Microsoft Office（Word, Excel, Power Point)

Job Description:

1. Stock Management: -

- Responsible for assisting dealers in stock purchase and monitoring progress of orders

- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

- Assist in returning any defective or expired stocks in each outlets

2. Outlet Management: -

- Assist in new and existing outlet setting up and remodelling

- Support on visual merchandisers in installing and setting up promotional materials and displays

- Ensure outlets are in compliance to policies and procedures at all times and reports any concerns to superior

3. Dealer Management: -

- Assist in sending OPPO product to Customer Service Centre for repair or replacement

- Communicate effectively with dealer regarding new or existing dealers’ programs

- Maintain good relationships with dealers by attending dealers’ inquiries and complaints promptly

4. Sales Management: -

- Prepare and report data on sales and competitors

- Follow up closely on monthly sales target

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field,

SPM holders with minimum 2 years working experience

Good communication and negotiation skills

Passionate on phone technology, familiar with the current market trend

Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English (Preferred a Mandarin speaker since liaising with clients who speak Mandarin is essential)

Full-Time position(s) available

Basic Microsoft Office

Willing to work 6 days in a week

Possess own transport
