Jawatan Kosong Academic Executive Electronics Engineering in Kuala Lumpur

Job Description:

• Deliver high-quality and engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops students in the field of Electrical Engineering.
• Design, develop, and continuously enhance course content, teaching materials, and assessment methods to ensure alignment with current academic standards and industry best practices.
• Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, innovation, and student engagement.
• Provide academic advising, mentorship, and pastoral support to students, guiding them towards the successful achievement of their academic and professional goals.
• Participate in the development, review, and continuous improvement of curriculum and academic programmes in line with institutional objectives and market needs.
• Undertake and contribute to research, publication, consultancy, and other scholarly activities that enhance the department’s academic reputation.
• Collaborate closely with fellow academic staff and relevant stakeholders to strengthen the overall teaching, learning, and student experience.
• Support faculty initiatives, academic administration, quality assurance processes, and institutional events as required.

Requirement:

• Malaysian citizenship.
• Possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Registered as a Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Candidates with professional/industrial/specialist certification, or with at least two (2) years of relevant industrial work experience, are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative, independent thinking and a strong commitment to academic excellence.
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a strong command of both written and spoken Malay and English.
