Jawatan Kosong HR & Admin Executive in Puchong

HUMAN RESOURCE

  • Recruiting staff from beginning process, publish and remove job advertisement, screening and scheduling job interviews and contact candidates as needed,
  • Managing the employment process. Orientating new employees on company environment and culture. Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel data and records like employment contracts.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Develop training and onboarding material for existing employees
  • Monitoring employee performance. Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
  • Providing counselling on company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.

ADMINISTRATION

· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of office.

· Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail.

· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.

· Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.

· Provide general support to visitors.

· Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars and hotel or restaurant reservations.

· Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

· Provides information by answering questions and requests.

· Monitoring office requirement such as stationary, office equipment and company asset and cleanness.

· Performs additional duties as directed by director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
