Jawatan Kosong Guest Service Assistant in Ipoh

JOB SUMMARY

Guest service Assistant greets guest at the front office desk and ensures they are efficiently checked in or out. Agents also manage payment and interact with to ensure all of their needs are met while staying at the hotel.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Candidates with minimum SPM or equivalent are welcome to apply;
• Presentable and well-groomed always;
• A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity;
• Able to start immediately is an added advantage;
• Good problem solving and analytical skills;
• Competencies in writing and communicating in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages would be an added advantage;
• Candidate must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays to support the operational needs as and when required;
• Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LOST WORLD OF TAMBUN, IPOH, PERAK
