This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with teams in Malaysia, the US, and Hong Kong to drive the digital transformation of our fitness, health, wellness, and functional foods brands. As this is a zero-to-one journey, we are looking for someone who is innovative, proactive, and ready to build the digital business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy, development, and launch of Europa Sports' digital platform on Shopify.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Malaysia, the US, and Hong Kong to ensure seamless integration and alignment of digital initiatives.

• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve the platform and drive user engagement and growth.

• Focus on creating a customer-centric digital experience that integrates commerce with content and community.

Requirements

Top 3 Must-Haves:

Proven Experience in Product Management:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, specifically in digital platforms or e-commerce.

• Demonstrated success in leading product development from conception to launch.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI design, and agile methodologies.

Strategic Vision and Execution

• Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for the digital platform, aligning with Europa Sports' business goals.
