DESIGNATION : Project Manager - AA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and deliver medium-scale IT projects, track and report progress, ensure the quality of deliverables of projects on time and within budget and meeting business objectives
• Develop and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
• Identify required resources and assign individual responsibilities to team members
• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects and project scope.
• Review team deliverables to ensure quality before submission to the client.
• Track and report project progress and maintain the quality of deliverables.
• Enforce project standards and apply suitable methodologies effectively.
• Conduct engagement reviews and implement quality assurance procedures.
• Proactively identify and minimize risks and exposures on projects
• Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date, and appropriately stored.
• Track and report team hours, expenses, and project progress accurately.
• Manage the project budget, analyzing profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
• Understand and implement the pricing model and billing procedures.
• Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for business development and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Information System or any IT related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management with proven track record of delivering medium to large scale IT projects
• Familiar with the insurance or medical/healthcare industry
• Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and financial management.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices and risk management methodologies.
• Strong presentation & communication skills and able to work independently
• Strong analytical skills to resolve issues
