Jawatan Kosong Purchasing Clerk in Kota Kinabalu

ROLES & RESPOBILITIES

• Processing purchase orders, sourcing goods & services
• Create purchase orders
• Approve and assisting in invoice payment
• Handle inquiries about orders
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
• Building and maintain positive relationship with suppliers
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, including quantities, shipping information and cost associated with the purchase
• other adhoc by HOD

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably 1 year of working experience
• At least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma holder
• Able to communicate effectively in bahasa/ english/ mandarin (preferably)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
