Jawatan Kosong Administrative Executive in Labuan

Main Job Scope

Responsible for high level administrative support and tasks for office management including Human Reource, Finance and Billing.

Job Description

• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Retrieve documents from filing system. Handle requests for information and data. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.

• Update daily attendance and movement for staff and crews to management.

• Prepare application and renewal for trade license, staff ID and vehicle pass.

• Prepare and update documents including correspondence, summary billings, reports, drafts, memos and emails.

• Coordinate staff and crews expenses, allowances and overtime claim process with HR and finance team.

• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.

• Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash utilization.

• Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

• Manage office supplies, equipment, utilities and facilities to ensure smooth functioning.

• Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication.

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring proper logistics and documentation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important documents, contracts, tenancy agreement, summary billings database and correspondence.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.

• Collaborate with HR on administrative aspects related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and records maintenance.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
