Jawatan Kosong Assistant to Environmental Executive Cum Admin in Kota Kinabalu

Deskripsi Jawatan:

Kami sedang mencari calon yang berdedikasi dan teliti untuk menyokong tugasan harian Environmental Executive, termasuk kerja-kerja pentadbiran, dokumentasi pematuhan, dan pengurusan sisa terjadual.

• Membantu dalam penyediaan dokumen seperti CN, waste card, memo, dan laporan berkala;
• Menyusun dan mengemaskini fail pematuhan (eSWIS, EMD, audit dalaman);
• Menyokong tugasan penghantaran kontena dan komunikasi vendor;
• Menjalankan kerja pentadbiran jabatan seperti jadual tugasan, surat rasmi, dan pelaporan dalaman;
• Berkoordinasi dengan jabatan lain untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi alam sekitar
• Melaksana kerja-kerja admin & apa jua arahan kerja yang diberikan dari masa ke semasa

Kelayakan & Keperluan:

• Pengalaman kerja 2–3 tahun dalam bidang berkaitan (alam sekitar, pentadbiran, logistik)
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan dokumentasi yang baik (BM & EN)
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office dan sistem eSWIS (adalah kelebihan)
• Bonus: Mempunyai sijil CePSWaM dan pengalaman dalam pengurusan Scheduled Waste (SW)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
