We are looking for a highly creative and trend-obsessed Junior Social Media / Content Creator to join our team. If you love short-form video production, have a strong eye for visual design using Adobe software, and are passionate about lifestyle and retail trends, this is your chance to work on exciting brand projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly and weekly social media content according to PROLAB’s and client marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Develop creative content ideas for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media channels.
• Create short-form video content including brand showcases, product design highlights, campaign teasers, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based viral content.
• Design eye-catching digital graphics, social media carousels, web banners, and promotional artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, headlines, and calls-to-action that are suitable for the target audience.
• Record and produce video content using smartphones, cameras, or other available equipment.
• Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or other relevant editing software.
• Coordinate content shooting sessions with creative designers, product teams, models, external partners, and clients.
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure all brand assets, graphics, and social content are accurate, visually appealing, and approved before publication.
• Track content performance, including views, reach, engagement, followers, watch time, clicks, enquiries, and other relevant KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports and provide recommendations based on content performance.
• Continuously test different content formats, visual aesthetics, hooks, topics, posting times, and creative approaches to improve performance.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events, pop-up showcases, and audience engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the account management or business team to ensure social media enquiries and potential leads are properly communicated and followed up.
• Maintain an organised content library including raw footage, edited videos, photos, graphic files (.AI, .PSD), captions, scripts, and published content.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in Content Creation, Graphic Design, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Experience or strong interest in lifestyle, streetwear, sportswear, apparel, retail, or creative agency work is an advantage.
• Strong interest and understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong skills in short-form video creation, graphic design, content planning, storytelling, and copywriting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for graphic creation and layout design. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut for video editing is required. (Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or InDesign is an added advantage).
• Comfortable appearing in videos or coordinating video shoots with team members and partners when required.
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate fresh visual and video content ideas consistently.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, visual aesthetics, audience behaviour, content hooks, and engagement strategies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with different teams.
• Able to manage multiple content projects, design deadlines, and social media platforms simultaneously.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with creative, design, and marketing teams.
• A portfolio of previous graphic design, social media content, or video editing work is required.
