Jawatan Kosong Valet Parking Attendant in Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the operations of car park site including but not limited to the following: -

• Greeting and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
• Able to effectively park and retrieve guests cars without causing damage to the vehicle.
• Ensuring that parked vehicles are locked and that keys are properly labelled, stored safely or returned to the owner.
• Guide guests and provide relevant information.
• To collect payment from guests (E-Wallet/Debit/Credit Card).
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Accountability and personal integrity are essentials as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information.
• Organize and file paperwork's on guest's vehicle information and daily transactions.
• To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ higher secondary/STPM.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic IT knowledge
• Posses valid driver's license.
• No prior traffic offenses.
• Neat appearance and upkeep of uniform.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 6 working days in a week.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
