Production Assistant

Job Summary
Assist in the assembly of diesel generator sets (gensets). Duties will vary according to the stage of production, with on-the-job training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of canopy gensets.
• Perform basic fitting, drilling, cutting, grinding and fabrication work.
• Assist with basic welding and related tasks.
• Handle materials, components, tools and equipment required for production.
• Learn genset assembly processes through hands-on training.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the work area.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• SPM or lower.
• Basic welding experience or knowledge.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication or workshop work is an advantage.
• No need to be a qualified Welder; training will be provided.
• Willing to learn and perform hands-on work.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Good attitude and able to work in a team.

Ringkasan Jawatan
Membantu dalam kerja-kerja pemasangan set janakuasa diesel (genset). Skop kerja akan berubah mengikut peringkat pengeluaran, dengan latihan sambil bekerja akan disediakan.

Tanggungjawab Utama

• Membantu dalam kerja-kerja pemasangan genset jenis canopy.
• Menjalankan kerja-kerja asas seperti memasang, menggerudi, memotong, mengisar dan fabrikasi.
• Membantu dalam kerja-kerja kimpalan asas dan tugas berkaitan.
• Mengendalikan bahan, komponen, peralatan tangan dan peralatan yang diperlukan untuk proses pengeluaran.
• Mempelajari proses pemasangan genset melalui latihan secara hands-on.
• Memastikan kawasan kerja sentiasa bersih dan teratur.
• Mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan dan pengeluaran.
• Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain berkaitan pengeluaran seperti yang diarahkan.

Keperluan

• SPM atau ke bawah.
• Mempunyai pengalaman atau pengetahuan asas dalam kerja-kerja kimpalan.
• Pengalaman dalam bidang pembuatan, pemasangan, fabrikasi atau kerja bengkel merupakan satu kelebihan.
• Tidak perlu mempunyai kelayakan atau pengalaman sebagai Welder; latihan akan diberikan.
• Bersedia untuk belajar dan melakukan kerja secara hands-on.
• Sihat tubuh badan dan mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran pengeluaran.
• Mempunyai sikap kerja yang baik dan boleh bekerja dalam pasukan.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
