Job Title: Service Coordinator (Labuan)

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically handling material coordination and manpower mobilization.
• Education: Minimum Certificate or Diploma in any field.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiar with O&G logistics, shipping documentation, and standard equipment certification processes.
• Key Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems actively to ensure smooth operations.
• Location: Based in or willing to work in Labuan.

What You Will Do

Materials & Inventory

• Prepare and track all project materials based on approved lists.
• Check stock levels, coordinate with Procurement to buy missing items, and verify the condition of incoming deliveries.
• Manage inventory tagging and oversee container loading for shipments.

Manpower Coordination

• Manage the movement of our people by arranging all travel and accommodation.
• Prepare and oversee personnel mobilization and site deployment schedules.

Logistics & Shipping

• Handle all Delivery Orders, Invoices, Consignment Notes).
• Prepare necessary certificates (e.g., Calibration and Inspection).

Project Close-Out

• Smoothly wrap up projects by arranging manpower demobiles and returning equipment/tools.
• Reconcile final inventory and collect timesheets.
• Compile all final off-hire and close-out documentation for an official handover.

Syarat Kelayakan (Bahasa Melayu)

Apa Yang Kami Cari:

• Pengalaman: Sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam industri Minyak & Gas (O&G), terutamanya dalam pengurusan bahan (material coordination) dan penyelarasan tenaga kerja.
• Pendidikan: Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Sijil atau Diploma dalam apa-apa bidang.
• Pengetahuan Industri: Mahir dengan operasi logistik O&G, dokumentasi penghantaran, dan proses pensijilan peralatan standard.
• Kemahiran: Sangat teratur, teliti, dan cekap menyelesaikan masalah bagi memastikan operasi berjalan lancar.
• Lokasi: Berpangkalan di atau bersedia untuk bekerja di Labuan.

Apa Yang Anda Akan Lakukan

Bahan & Inventori

• Menyediakan dan menjejaki semua bahan projek berdasarkan senarai yang telah diluluskan.
• Memeriksa baki stok, berhubung dengan bahagian Perolehan (Procurement) untuk membeli barang yang tidak mencukupi, dan memeriksa keadaan barang yang diterima.
• Menguruskan pelabelan (tagging) inventori dan memantau kerja-kerja memuatkan barang ke dalam kontena untuk penghantaran.

Penyelarasan Tenaga Kerja

• Menguruskan pergerakan pekerja dengan mengatur segala urusan perjalanan dan penginapan.
• Menyediakan dan menyelia jadual mobilisasi kakitangan serta penempatan pekerja di tapak projek.

Logistik & Penghantaran

• Mengendalikan semua dokumen penghantaran seperti Pesanan Penghantaran (Delivery Orders), Invois, dan Nota Konsainan (Consignment Notes).
• Menyediakan sijil-sijil yang diperlukan (contohnya: Sijil Kalibrasi dan Sijil Pemeriksaan).

Penutupan Projek

• Menyelesaikan projek dengan lancar dengan menguruskan pergerakan pulang (demobilisation) pekerja serta memulangkan peralatan/alatan.
• Menyelaraskan baki inventori akhir dan mengumpulkan rekod masa bekerja (timesheets).
• Menyusun semua dokumentasi tamat sewaan (off-hire) dan penutupan projek untuk proses penyerahan rasmi.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
