Job Responsibilities:
1. Account Payable - Handling accounting entries such as payments and invoices.
2. Account Receivable - Handling invoice issues and recording customer collections
3. Support month-end closing activities and preparation of basic journals.
4. Maintain proper filing of accounts and documents.
5. Provide support to the team in liaising with auditors, tax agents, and banks when needed.
6. Handling WHT & SST submissions and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Carry out administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in the Accounting Field, LCCI or related fields (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
2. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
4. Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
5. Able to work in a team, follow guidance, and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
Working Location : Menara Milenium (Walking distance to MRT Pusat Bandar Damansara)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
