10. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
11. Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
12. Support the warehouse team in the preparation of orders, including picking, packing, and labeling goods.
13. Accurately enter and update data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
14. Maintain detailed records of all warehouse transactions and activities.
15. Generate and distribute regular reports on warehouse operations.
16. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding inventory, orders, and shipments.
17. Resolve issues related to warehouse operations, such as order discrepancies or damaged goods.
18. Provide support to the sales and customer service teams by providing timely and accurate information.
19. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
20. Promote and enforce safety standards within the warehouse, conducting regular safety checks.
21. Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.
22. Identify opportunities for improving warehouse operations and suggest solutions.
23. Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
24. Support the implementation of new technologies or systems in the warehouse.
25. Perform any others duties as and when required by the management.
