Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Assistant in Kangar

1. Conduct regular inventory audMaintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

4. Prepare and manage all warehouse-related documentation, including gate pass, packing lists, and shipping documents.

6. Assist in the preparation of reports on inventory levels, shipment status, and warehouse performance.

7. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

8. Liaise with transport providers to schedule deliveries and pickups.

9. Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices.

10. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

11. Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

12. Support the warehouse team in the preparation of orders, including picking, packing, and labeling goods.

13. Accurately enter and update data in the warehouse management system (WMS).

15. Generate and distribute regular reports on warehouse operations.

16. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding inventory, orders, and shipments.

17. Resolve issues related to warehouse operations, such as order discrepancies or damaged goods.

18. Provide support to the sales and customer service teams by providing timely and accurate information.

19. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

20. Promote and enforce safety standards within the warehouse, conducting regular safety checks.

21. Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.
