Membantu pasukan pemasaran dalam pelaksanaan kempen online & offline, penyediaan bahan pemasaran, pengurusan content, dan sokongan harian untuk memastikan strategi marketing syarikat berjalan lancar.

Tanggungjawab Utama

• Membantu menyediakan bahan marketing seperti poster, copywriting, caption, video pendek dan konten harian.
• Mengurus jadual posting media sosial (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Menyokong penghasilan idea konten dan brainstorming kempen pemasaran.
• Menyediakan laporan prestasi kempen pemasaran dan social media analytics.
• Mengurus database pelanggan, CRM dan broadcast WhatsApp/Telegram.
• Menyokong event marketing seperti photoshoot, live launching, roadshow, dan kempen jualan.
• Berurusan dengan vendor (printing, runner, influencer, media) bila diperlukan.
• Menjalankan tugas-tugas pemasaran lain seperti diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
