Jawatan Kosong Producer in Petaling Jaya

Producer

RESET MEDIA SDN BHD is a creative production company based in Petaling Jaya, working across commercials, branded content, documentaries, corporate films, digital content and animation.

We’re looking for a Producer to join our team and manage projects from pre-production through to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-production through post-production and delivery
• Prepare and manage production budgets, schedules and timelines
• Liaise with clients, crew, talent and vendors
• Source crew, talent, locations, equipment and suppliers
• Manage quotations, production costs and expenses
• Coordinate shoot logistics and production requirements
• Prepare call sheets and other production documents
• Manage and coordinate productions on shoot days
• Oversee post-production, client feedback and final deliverables
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Work closely with the production and creative team
• Manage multiple projects at different stages when required

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant production experience preferred
• Experience in film, advertising, branded content or related fields
• Good understanding of the full production process, from pre-production to final delivery
• Strong organisational, communication and project management skills
• Confident managing budgets, schedules and production logistics
• Resourceful and able to solve problems on the go
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
