ALLIANCE EMPIRE SDN BHD Job Vacancies September 2026

Responsibilities:

• Oversee design and fit-out processes for retail spaces, ensuring compliance with mall regulations and approved designs.
• Provide creative and technical input for shop layouts, materials, and architectural submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Leasing, M&E, Project team) and external parties (consultants, contractors) on M&E provisions, handover dates, and design approvals.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and handovers to ensure adherence to standards and resolve technical issues.
• Regularly update on mall master plan, tenancy plans and landlord provision schedule, ensure the info is accurate & up to date.
• Supervise rectification works and coordinate upgrades or reconfigurations within the mall.
• Manage special interior design projects assigned by management.
• Competent in written and spoken English and Malay. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese would be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage several design & fit-out projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in retail design, fit-out, or a similar role
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and knowledge of current retail/commercial design trends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in Damansara area and possess own transport.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
