ACCOUNT CLERK

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions (AP/AR, invoicing, data entry)
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts & journals
• Assist with bank reconciliations & monthly closing
• Maintain accurate accounting records & documentation
• Support finance reports, audits & payment matters
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2–3 years experience preferred (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting software
• Detail-oriented, organised & responsible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
