• Leading, developing, and inspiring the Bukit Besi and Mengapur Administration and Governance team to deliver expected results;
• Overseeing daily Administration and Governance team for Bukit Besi Mine, Mengapur Mine and/or other future mines (if any);
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports based on past baseline data and subsequently drive the Administration and Governance team toward achieving such goals;
• Setting mine’s KPIs based on the corporate key KPIs;
• From time to time, review the existing Administration and Governance unit organisational chart, including hiring key and competent staff in creating minimum competent teams;
• Review existing Administration and Governance unit strategies and work processes, and provide necessary advice to the company management; and subsequently implement such strategies and work processes for the betterment of the company;
• Develop strategies and action plans based on objectives. Develops an achievement and execution plan considering the Administration and Governance requirements at the site;
• Ensures effective management of costs;
• Be the driving force behind excellence and productivity;
• To work with external consultants, if any, for the development of mining assets;
• To undertake any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
