Job Description

1. General Tasks

• Department working hours are Monday -

Sunday ((9am to 10pm) except press closed

• Staff will be on 8-hours shift work, with 5 days

rotations including weekends & Public
Holidays

• Handles Vetting, ad copies (chasing

materials), ad order entry, International emails
enquiries, upload StarCherish online,
communicate with agencies

• After office hours, weekends & public holiday handles ad order entry, clearing current &

revise materials, upload StarCherish online

• Problem solving
• Material Check (Pre-flight to ensure materials

meet our print specifications)

2. Cost Control

• Reducing department cost & resources (eg.

electricity, paper, office supplies etc)

• Propose steps to reduce mistakes and/or

reduce manpower cost

3. Reports

• Ad hoc reports may be requested from time to

time

Others

• Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned

from time to time
