Jawatan Kosong Account Intern in Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, issuance, and tracking of customer invoices
  • Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and issued in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and related records
  • Update accounts receivable listings and payment status reports
  • Support basic reconciliation of invoices against payments received
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end invoicing and reporting activities
  • Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles; exposure to invoicing or AR is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to communicate professionally with internal stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and take guidance

Learning Outcomes:

  • Practical exposure to invoicing and Accounts Receivable operations
  • Understanding of billing cycles and documentation standards
  • Experience in basic reconciliation and financial record-keeping
  • Professional working experience within a finance function

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
