TWY Search International (M) Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies September 2026

Responsibilities:

• Support Estate Manager in daily estate operations and ensure the output of production and quality targets are achieved.
• Prepare overall estate budget and costing, set out objective of the work proposal, progress planning, etc. as required by the management.
• Monitor job tasks of estate workers and ensure GAP and its standard practice are being followed.
• Verify and conform payment submissions and ensure all submissions are as per company policy.
• Provide training and coaching.
• Assist in preparing monthly progress reports, monthly payment summary, and other reports required by management.
• Monitor daily cost and productivity through costing book.
• Management of resources including labor, machinery, buildings, etc.
• Other tasks and responsibilities required by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Agriculture or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in oil palm plantation operation and management.
• Good knowledge in budgeting and accounting standards and systems for oil palm and agriculture plantation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and able to meet deadlines.
• Open to relocate anywhere in Malaysia.
• Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
