Position : Store Supervisor

Job Description :

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to manage staff and store activities efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.
• Lead, train, and monitor store staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, receiving, and replenishment.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily store reports.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
• Assist with scheduling and staff attendance.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in retail or store operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
