Responsibilities of the Position
1. Optimize our human resource management and update our human resource manuals.
2. Plan for yearly events such as company overseas trip, Christmas celebration, Chinese New Year celebration and online and offline bonding sessions.
3. Prepare for yearly performance review in January and February.
4. Update organizational chart and employee work schedule.
5. Help recruit employees via FB, Indeed and LinkedIn.
6. Prepare birthday presents for all employees.
7. Conduct employee satisfaction survey.
8. Set up weekly management meeting.
9. Keep track of employee KPI.
10. Process leave application.
11. Arrange for interviews.
