Jawatan Kosong Accounts Assistant in Kuantan

• Responsible for the full set of transaction companies.
• Conduct monthly accounting reconciliation.
• Perform data entry to maintain a proper filing system, ensuring all records are in order in XERO.
• Prepare monthly statements for Director claims, related bills, etc.
• Manage banking matters, including token applications and currency exchanges.
• Coordinate with bankers and private sectors for account-related tasks.
• Timely recording of transactions in XERO and support for month-end closing.
• Update Fixed Assets, Fix payment schedules.
• Responsible for the petty cash (cash in hand) and foreign petty cash.
• .Prepare an analysis of the After Project Report for each project to ensure that the profit margin is maintained within the estimated range.
• Forecast and monitor cost control management to provide clear contractual advice and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and the project management team
• Assist with any ad-hoc requests from management as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
