n your new role you will: 1

) PCM and Inline CPK KPI within the scope of technology ownership 2
) Quality KPI (ICO/FAR) within the scope of technology ownership 3
) Projects milestone (defined in project timeline) •

• upport process capability improvement programs (PCM/Inline/DD) •
• CM/Inline to functional correlation •
• ots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard •
• nvestigate and provide fast feedback to production line in case PCM/Inline trend deviation/drift •
• upport new product releases •
• upport technology transfer projects •
• o monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trend and parameters •
• upport Production tools releases •
• upport Technology Synchronization •
• upport PCRB/MRB data compilation and review for release

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B

• achelor degree in Physics/chemistry/Electrical/electronics/Mechatronics engineering C
• GPA must be at least 3.0 C
• ontract for 12 months
