Jawatan Kosong GENERAL CLERK in Tampoi

Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry tasks:

• To key in invoices into database system
• To key in purchase request and send to the related department
• To key in monthly popia and loading summar

2. Maintains files of documents used and prepared.

3. To key in monthly popia and loading summary on a daily report basis.

4. Maintain a well-organized, monitor, and updating office filing system such as Uniform and Shoes Records, Leave Management, and Thypoid Records.

5. To bank in cheque when it is needed.

6. Assist and handle walk-in customers to purchase products.

7. Submission of job report (form) every day via telegram.

8. To undertake other related jobs as may be directed by the superior from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
