• Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily operations and activities
• Work according to the Chef de Partie’s menu specifications
• Keep the work area in hygienic conditions at all times according to the SOP
• Control the food supply and food costs in your department
• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the outlet
• Prepare for staff meal (one a day)
• Follow the instructions and recommendations of the immediate superiors to carry out the daily tasks
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation and stay informed about new products, recipes and cooking techniques
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, waste and cost control
• Immediate starters an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
