RESOURCES SURVEYS SERVICES Job Vacancies Julai 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet visitors and provide front-desk coordination support
• Receive, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Manage courier services, including:
• Receiving and dispatching parcels and documents
• Coordinating with courier companies
• Maintaining courier and delivery records
• Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks
• Maintain proper filing and documentation records
• Support day-to-day office operations as required

Requirements

• SPM / STPM/Certificate / Diploma in Administration or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
