• RECORDING FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS, MAINTAINING ACCURATE LEDGERS, AND ENSURING ALL FINANCIAL RECORDS ARE UP-TO-DATE
• MATCHING AND RECONCILING BANK STATEMENTS WITH THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL RECORDS TO ENSURE ACCURACY
• ENSURING PAYMENTS, AMOUNTS & RECORDS ARE CORRECT.
• RECORDING AND FILING CASH TRANSACTIONS
• LAISING WITH THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS, CLIENTS & SUPPLIERS
• MONITORING AR AGING REPORTS & MAKING COLLECTION CALLS TO RESOLVE OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

REQUIREMENT

• AT LEAST A DIPLOMA IN ACCOUNTING OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
• MINIMUM 2 - 3 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD
• KNOWLEDGEABLE IN EXCEL AND ANY OFFICER-RELATED PROGRAMMES
