Jawatan Kosong Technical Support in Kuala Lumpur Bertanggungjawab membaiki, menguji dan memastikan semua jam azan digital yang rosak berfungsi semula dengan baik serta menyokong pelanggan dari segi teknikal jika diperlukan.

✅ Tanggungjawab Utama:
1. Membaiki jam azan digital yang dihantar oleh pelanggan atau team
CS.
2. Uji fungsi selepas pembaikan (test speaker, waktu azan, LCD, dll).
3. Rekod setiap unit yang dibaiki dalam sistem/borang servis.
4. Laporkan kepada penyelia sekiranya ada kerosakan kritikal yang
berulang.
5. Bekerjasama dengan team customer service untuk proses claim /
warranty.
6. Pastikan tempat kerja (ruang pembaikan) sentiasa kemas dan
selamat.
7. Memberi sokongan dalam operasi harian syarikat, termasuk
pemrosesan pesanan .

Kemahiran & Syarat:

• Minat & mahir asas elektronik / pembaikan kecil.
• Boleh belajar troubleshoot jam azan digital.
• Teliti dan boleh bekerja sendiri selepas diajar.
